Gov plus is a scam. They tell you they will process things like passports but don’t actually do that. What they do instead is take your money and fill out a form (incorrectly). Then they send you that form so that you can go to an agency to have it processed yourself.

When I contacted SSA again, they knew nothing about the website "loop", and had no one to provide technical support. If this happens to you, I'll suggest you login to Login.gov and disconnect your SSA account.
Even other U.S. agencies have rejected using Login.gov out of concerns about it's security standards. Why should Americans be asked to fund and use a program where the government has lied about it's privacy and the private company building the site is being investigated for privacy concerns and has a history of massive data leaks??
