Great place to visit with 6.5 and 4.5 years old. 12 min walk from adventure aquarium nearby so a great one day itinerary. A lot of walk inside up and down the stairs but they were able to do it.Full review by Olivia L
I suggest the audio tour wands(?) be dropped off to the attendant at the pierside gatehouse, rather than making tired visitors carry them back inside the ticket building. I know it's just a few feet (50? 100?), but it's a logical and "customer-friendly" thing to do. Thanks for listening.

Sorry, I never used the wand. The human guides were excellent and I preferred listening to them.
Closes at 5 in the summertime.... Does that mean the last tickets are sold at 5 or that the ship is emptied by 5? Why is this info so hard to track down?

5 PM is the latest time that you can start your tour. Most guests complete the Fire Power Tour in 90 minutes, so most guests finish their tour by 6:30.
