Kansas City International Airport and St Louis Lambert Airport are both about 130 miles to Warm Springs Ranch in Boonville, MO. If you plan to go to Warm Springs they suggest you book reservations for your tour online in advance, which we did. There is also a casino in Boonville with a hotel named Isle of Capri and sometimes you can get pretty reasonable rates there and the rooms are nice.
I don’t recall seeing anything about pets however I’d say no for fear of startling the horses! I’m sure if you would call their number they would be happy to answer that and it might …
