This a beautiful place to see the locals and see the Mediterranean. The beaches and Pigeon Rock are in full view. You do have to deal with vendors but they are respectable.Full review by Maurizio3030

Average high is 24-25 and average low is 18-19. Nights can be cool because of the sea but nice temperature in Beirut at that time of year. Enjoy.
