Hello, my name is Robert Wood. My wife and I had booked a scenic cruise with you back in Aug of 2016. No captain showed up. You offered another trip the next night but we were leaving. You told us if we come back down you would give us a tour for free. We are coming back in April and would like to do the cruise. When we called you about no one showing up you were on your way to a funeral. maybe that will jog your memory. Let know.

Good afternoon Robert, We apologize for any confusion, but it appears you are looking for a different company. We have never had a captain not show up as we run 5 trips throughout the day in August. Our cruises are based on availability, therefore, no reservations or advanced booking would have been done. If you have your original documents, you may be able to find the company you are looking for so that you can receive a refund on your purchase

"There is no weight limit, but all dogs must be on a leash as some passengers aren't pet-friendly." A direct quote from a staff member!
