How many sections of the Skyline Trail are narrow and open on your right side. I find that very unsettling. I don't mind elevation or stairs, or rocks -- but "outside rights" are difficult for my equilibrium.

There is maybe one area that I can remember with a narrow open right side and it was a short path.
Hi everyone, we (wife and two kids aged 8 and 11) are planning to go out to Rainier in early August during mid week (Tuesday and Wednesday). We would really like to do the skyline trail and was hoping to get feedback around suitability for kids and how early we should try to get to the parking area. Thanks in advance for any insight.
