That is how they gather the businesses & competition. situated next to a long stretch of sea coastline,You can't miss. Pencai should comprise all different sea food & tasty (albeit could be salty because of the range placed into it. Short & lacking in touristy location except for dried seafood shopping.

The Tropic of Cancer monument is at Qing'ao Bay where there is also a beautiful beach. Yes, you can go on a public bus from the main town on the island. I think the bus numbers are 601 and 602. The buses go regularly, all very easy. The island is lovely, well worth a visit.
