Awful company, try to refuse security deposit return and also prepaid fuel when car returned with a full tank. They then try to blame it all on your own bank, stay well clear of this company!! Full review by Ian Bradberry

AVOID PAYLESS, if Possible. We reserved & they Closed just before our arrival. We had to Pay Much More to Rent through Avis! Payless is No Good! Full review by John McQuinn
