I have no idea. It is on a Naval base.

do you have to be a US citizen to visit the museum? I'm a canadian planning on visiting DC

No, but you must go to the Visitor Office to get a pass if you have no military/DoD Civilian ID. Entrance is free

A:
You have to check in at the Main Gate, fill out a form, then you are allowed entry. You can walk around the base (parts are restricted access). Enjoy.
