Great location for the Fringe. Basic student accomodation, but did the trick for what we needed.

We didn't have breakfast, but the location was fantastic, and exceedingly good value.
The communal space arrangement in the kitchen was very cramped, and it was all very institutional but then I know it is student accommodation, so totally expected, but IF anyone is building more ...
