It is open all year round - at certain times when there weather interferes it is shut for swimming. For a cafe the supermarket Carrefour is across the road, small choice but cheap cheerful and good value. There is NO MUSIC IN QUILLAN EVER that goes on to 3am!! Do not think the sailboards will be on hire, but some great walks and good picnic areas. Enjoy
