Fabulous rustic lake property on Cayuga Lake (circa 1890) only 2.5 miles from downtown Ithaca. 330 feet of frontage with full sun all day and awesome sunsets. Huge dock! Hot tub! Deep water! Incredible lawns and surprisingly private. Age requirement for guests (excluding kids) is 35+. Our lake house has 5 bedrooms: Queen Master bedroom downstairs. King Master bedroom upstairs. 2 Queen bedrooms upstairs. 1 Full size bedroom upstairs. And we have 2.5 baths (one downstairs, one upstairs and 1/2 bath in third floor attic). Our hot tub sits on the water's edge and our dock is HUGE, with a covered seating portion and water slide. Ithaca is a wonderful small town in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Home to Cornell University, Ithaca College, many wineries and a rich culture, Ithaca is a great town to visit! We have plenty of room for parking (another bonus)! Can fit 5 cars pretty easily. Public transportation does not make its way up the lake. But you an always walk down the railroad tracks 2 miles right into town.
