DALLAS - A child has died more than a month after a shooting in Dallas' east Oak Cliff neighborhood. The Backstory: On the night of Nov. 22, a 7-year-old girl was shot while in a car on Wilhurt Avenue, near E Illinois Avenue, according to police. The 7-year-old was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
