Cleveland Browns QB Deshaun Watson has had a setback while rehabilitating his torn right Achilles tendon, according to GM Andrew Berry, who said the team will know in the coming weeks if Watson will need another surgery.

As if the Deshaun Watson situation couldn't get any worse for the Cleveland Browns, the team relayed an unfortunate update on Monday morning. Watson went down with a ruptured Achilles tendon in Oct. 20's loss to the Cincinnati Bengals — ending his season at just seven games.
