Lily Allen just gave fans another update on her mental health, shutting down rumors that she's been using drugs. On the latest episode of her Miss Me? podcast posted Thursday (Jan. 9), the 39-year-old singer told co-host Miquita Oliver that she's "really not in a good place" lately.

The musician denied "vicious rumors" claiming she relapsed and was going to rehab but revealed that she's been "spiraling" and having panic attacks over the past few months

Allen also used the opportunity to shut down “vicious rumors” she had relapsed and was going to rehab. She has often used her podcast as a platform to discuss mental health — revealing in December 2024 that she had been having difficulty eating for the last three years after suffering from bulimia in the past.
