A pedestrian, identified as a 38-year-old man from Humble, Texas, has died after he was struck by a vehicle late Sunday night, Nov. 18, on Interstate 10 East, according to El Paso Police.

According to El Paso Police, one person was struck by a car on I-10 East at Zaragoza Sunday night. All lanes are closed, traffic is exiting at I-10 and Lomaland. Clearing time is until further notice.
