Despite the pending loss of his company, Jones vows to continue his talk shows through other means, possibly including a new website and his personal social media accounts.

Jones has suggested that his supporters could buy InfoWars’ assets, which could allow him to continue hosting his talk show as an employee.

The order comes after family members of the victims sued him for his conspiracy theories around the shooting, which they claimed resulted in bullying and harassment. One family said a follower of Jones threatened to dig up their dead son's grave.

On Tuesday, a U.S. Bankruptcy judge in Houston said that he would approve an order to auction off Alex Jones-owned Infowars' assets in November.

The sale won't come close to the nearly $1.5 billion that Jones owes, but a lawyer representing one group of families said it's a step forward in “holding him accountable for the harm he has caused.”
