A Forest Park man was arrested Tuesday after police said he raped and inappropriately touched a 10-year-old girl. Bal Krishna Adhikari, 33, is charged with rape and gross sexual imposition.

Bal Krishna said that he and his wife, who worked together at a Victoria’s Secret distribution center in Reynoldsburg, had decided to go to Baja California Sur for the beaches and art scene.
