Investigators found that lug nuts were loosened on another officer’s personal car parked in a “Police Only” zone, as well as a civilian employee’s car which had its lugs completely removed.

The warning comes after several people reported loosened lug nuts to the police, according to the tweet from Rockland police. “Please check your vehicle tires before heading out,” police said.
