A prominent spiritual site for Jains, the Naugaza Digambar Jain Temple, built in 922 A.D., is famous for its towering statue of Tirthankara Shantinatha, carved in the traditional Digambara Jain style.
Known as Bijli (thunder) Mahadev, the temple is situated in the pretty village of Kashawri in Kullu Valley. The temple stands at an elevation of 2460 m and is dedicated to Lord Shiva.
