Happening Now, which is available for iOS and Android in the U.S., has been released ahead of another new feature coming to Twitter that we learned about yesterday.

The personalized news will be coming to the Happening Now Section, as well as notifications and a tab inside Explore. Moments is also getting a more Twitter-like redesign.
