It was easy to see that the Ravens needed to be better in pass coverage over the first nine games of the season and Bengals wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase elevated the issue to a crisis level last Thursday.

The Ravens have a high sense of urgency to improve their pass defense, ranked last in the NFL heading into their AFC North showdown against the Steelers.

But Brandon Stephens, who has struggled mightily in coverage this season, will remain at cornerback, Harbaugh said.
