The first tour is set to take place Feb. 12 to 18, when major celebrations are planned for the birthday of the country's late leader Kim Jong Il, one of North Korea's biggest holidays.

Kim Jong Un, chairman of the Workers' Party of Korea, reaffirmed on the 8th that the United States is behind the conflicts occurring not only on the Korean Peninsula but also around the world, stating that he would strengthen nuclear forces.

North Korea has vowed to keep developing nuclear weapons in response to U.S. cooperation with South Korea and Japan.
