An estimated 50 cars burned in a fire that broke out at an east Las Vegas junkyard on Tuesday afternoon, the Clark County Fire Department says.

A pile of some 50 crushed vehicles caught fire at a Las Vegas Valley junkyard today, according to the Clark County Fire Department. The fire was reported about noon in the 4500 block of E.
