The managing director and chief executive of a private fertility giant has resigned after two of its clinics transferred the wrong embryos to two patients.

Knapp has been in the role since 2019 and was formerly Monash IVF Group’s financial officer and company secretary since. He was appointed interim CEO in 2018.
