Kara St. Cyr reports on two dogs being shot -- one fatally -- after San Francisco police respond to a dog attack in the Fillmore District.

The Essex County District Attorney said 26-year-old Christopher Roque-Joaquin of Lawrence was arraigned in Haverhill District Court, on two counts of larceny under $1,200 and attempt to commit crime, stemming from a preexisting warrant for alleged theft from a Market Basket grocery store on two occasions and an attempted third.

San Francisco police officers shot two dogs -- including one fatally -- after several canines attacked another small dog and bit a man in the city's Fillmore District late Friday morning.
