POWHATAN – When the members of Shiloh Baptist Church in Powhatan mark the 150th anniversary of their church this weekend, they will be honoring a congregation, not a building.

CANTON − In observance of Black History Month, Shiloh Baptist Church at 700 Market Ave. S will host its sixth annual Emancipation Proclamation program at 3 p.m. Sunday.
