SpaceX sends up third Space Coast launch of the week with Thursday Starlink mission
With a Thursday launch of 24 Starlink satellites, SpaceX's third mission from Central Florida this week is on its way to low-Earth orbit. After a few delays, the Falcon 9 rocket took off around 8:21 a.m. from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, where another Starlink mission took off earlier this week.
The bright object was likely a Starlink satellite burning up in Earth's atmosphere as it fell back toward our planet.
