A high surf advisory was issued by the National Weather Service on Saturday at 6:36 a.m. valid from Sunday 9 a.m. until Monday 6 p.m. for Mobile and Baldwin counties.
"These large waves can be erratic and unpredictable. Use extra caution near the surf zone as these large waves will be capable of sweeping people into the frigid and turbulent ocean water." ...
The National Weather Service issued an updated high surf advisory at 2:26 a.m. on Sunday in effect until 7 a.m. for South Central Oregon Coast and Curry County Coast.
