Now, weeks later, Toodles is going to a new home. "Have the happiest life sweet boy," the PSCPA said in a Facebook post. Attached was an image showing Toodles with his new owner.

Toodles could have died. He could have had lasting impacts from the drugs that he ingested. But, today he is safe, and he has a new future ahead of him," said the SPCA in a statement.
