MS Dhoni opened up on his relationship with Virat Kohli, addressing at length some of the things the two former India captains experienced together.

Kohli has often spoken about Dhoni being the only cricketing personality who texted him when he decided to quitthe Test captaincy of the Indian team. When Dhoni was asked about the same in an interview with JioHotstar, he said that he would talk about the relationship he has with Virat but not that message.

In a recent interview, MS Dhoni opened up about his friendship with Virat Kohli, recalling how their bond grew over time. However, Dhoni declined to reveal details of a text message he sent to Kohli during the latter's lean patch in international cricket.
