Ohio-based Big Lots announced it would close the remainder of it stores and will hold 'going out of business' sales.

Big Lots, which had earlier said all of its stores would close, announced the transfer of between 200-400 stores to Variety Wholesalers Inc. The fate of Topeka's location, 5121 S.W. 29th St., is still unknown.

There are only five locations in the Oklahoma City metro, but according to a company press release, all stores will begin the closing process.

Big Lots announced it will close the rest of its stores and is holding going out of business sales. The Tulare store is having an up to 40% off sale.

Big Lots has recently reached a deal to keep hundreds of its locations open. However, the Vestal location is not one of them.
