A fugitive accused of trafficking guns from Wisconsin and other states to a Mexican cartel has been arrested after years on the run.

Roland Munoz, a 44-year-old man, was arrested in Mexico as part of Operation Ripsaw for allegedly trafficking high-powered firearms from Wisconsin to a Mexican cartel.

Tuesday's tariffs place a 25% tax on imports from Canada and Mexico. The tariffs on Chinese goods were doubled, bringing the tax to 20%.
