Nikola Jokic delivered his fourth straight triple-double on Tuesday, a league-leading 19th of the season, to propel the Denver Nuggets to a 144-109 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers.
With Philadelphia 76ers guard Jared McCain officially ruled out for the remainder of the 2024-25 season, he’s essentially eliminated from winning the Rookie of the Year award.
The Los Angeles Lakers also won big as LeBron James’s ninth triple-double of the season fueled a 111-88 victory over the woeful Washington Wizards. James scored 21 points with 10 rebounds and 13 assists, while Anthony Davis scored 29 points with 16 rebounds as the Lakers hammered the league’s worst team.
