The NHL announced today that Flyers goaltender Samuel Ersson has been added to Team Sweden’s roster ahead of the 2025 Four Nations Faceoff.

Flyers goaltender Samuel Ersson will replace the injured Jacob Markstrom for Team Sweden at the 4 Nations Face-Off.

Ristolainen tapped a loose puck just across the goal line with 4:34 remaining in overtime. Detroit defenseman Moritz Seider tried to clear the puck from in front of the goal but happened to pin it against the post, allowing Ristolainen to have the easy tap-in.
