Film star and longtime New York Jets fan Adam Sandler took in the Super Bowl between the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles. While at the game in New Orleans, Sandler took over the NFL’s social media account on X/Twitter for a moment. Right at the end, he made sure to show his team, the Jets, some love.
There was buzz Saturday morning that the famous actor was going to make a surprise visit to the 16th hole as a promotional stunt for Happy Gilmore 2.
Fans had been excited for Happy Gilmore 2 ever since the film was announced. It is expected to be released this year.
Also appearing in photos and social media posts at the big game were superstar sports couple Paul Skenes and Livvy Dunne, comedian Adam Sandler, and seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady.
