A Medford-based swim team, the Rogue Rapids, is making a splash in the community by welcoming swimmers of all skill levels.

Swimming is the most forgiving sport as we get older. Thanks to U.S. Masters Swimming, swimmers aged 18 to 100+ can enjoy self improvement, team life, and competition as much as the youth do.

The Bullhead City Barracudas competed against the Needles Sandharks at their annual swim meet on June 28, winning 44 races.
