(CBS/AP) CAPE MAY, N.J. - Police say there was nothing innocent about coloring book pages with the words "To Daddy" scribbled on top and mailed to a jail - instead, the pages contained drugs.

Her poster will be published in one of next year's Drug Awareness Coloring Books. Rochester Schools submitted over 600 posters for the Elks Lodge Drug Awareness Contest this year.
