A national FBI effort led to the arrests of six Arizonans suspected of child sex crimes, authorities announced Thursday.

Two Tucson residents are facing federal charges after the U.S. Attorney’s Office says they shot at a Tucson Police officer.

FBI Phoenix said the arrests were part Operation Restore Justice, which was coordinated by FBI field offices across the country, with 205 people being arrested nationwide.
