In Bethlehem Township, Gyro Concept will occupy a soon-to-be renovated site that previously housed Johnny’s Gyros, a family-run restaurant that also was known for its Greek specialties.
Gyro Concept opened Saturday at 2722 Easton Ave. in Bethlehem Township, the restaurant announced online. It’s the business’ second location; it opened at 323 Cattell St. in Easton in March 2024.
