The event will be held in Te Marae o Hine – The Square from 11am to 2pm. Head of Events, Luke McIndoe, said it would be a great opportunity to enjoy diverse traditions and flavours.
During the Lunar Festival, my family relishes hot pots, as they are a communal affair. Around it, we place plates of raw meat, seafood and vegetables that we have prepped for cooking in the broth.
