Microsoft has launched a new service for macOS, iOS, Android devices, web browsers, and Windows PCs allowing users to run Windows and Windows apps as a platform for streaming a copy of Windows from a variety of sources.

With this general availability launch, users of Remote Desktop clients for Windows, macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and the web will transition to the Windows App. The app is generally available for Windows, macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and web browsers and is in public preview for Android.

Thanks to a new technology, developers may no longer have to choose which bitter pill to swallow. Skip is a transpiler that converts iOS-native Swift code into Android-native Kotlin.
