Nick Saban met with one of the few college coaches who can match his level of prestige, taking swings with Patty Gasso and Oklahoma softball.

Nick Saban was one of a few College GameDay crew members who took batting practice at Oklahoma’s softball stadium on Friday afternoon. Saban was joined at Love’s Field by Pat McAfee and Jess Sims in taking some swings in front OU softball program.

Legendary Alabama head coach Nick Saban saw it all while he patrolled the sidelines. That included a few trips to Nashville to face the Vanderbilt Commodores. While Saban retired earlier this year, the former Crimson Tide head coach does not appear to have done a complete about-face on Vandy.
