Jaia Cruz is charged with second-degree murder linked to the slaying of Ray Hodges, according to the New York City Police Department.

Ray Hodges was ordering food when a suspect began arguing with him over 'who was first in line to order.' Hodges, 36, was a letter carrier in Manhattan.

The Harlem deli worker says the postal worker who died and the woman charged with his murder were regular customers.

An on-duty United States Postal Service (USPS) worker was stabbed and killed inside of a deli in the Harlem neighborhood of New York City on Thursday afternoon after a "verbal dispute," according to the New York Police Department (NYPD).
