Yankees starter Masahiro Tanaka, who suffered a concussion July 4 when he took a line drive to the head, plans to wear a protective cap insert this season.

After being struck in the head by a line drive in July, Diamondbacks All-Star pitcher Robbie Ray says he now wears a protective insert inside of his cap.
