Beyoncé is donating $2.5 million to L.A. Wildfire Relief Fund through her charity, BeyGood, per Instagram on January 13. She joins a growing group of celebrities who are helping the L.A. area bounce back.

The Boston-bred group announced over the weekend the launch of a fundraiser they’ve dubbed “Heed the Call For California,” with 100% of the proceeds going to the California Fire Foundation Wildlife & Disaster Relief Fund, which will directly support victims across the state.

While the firefight continues in Los Angeles, so far torching hundreds of homes and leaving countless people without a place to stay, recovery efforts and donations are in full swing. Global icon Beyoncé joined those efforts on Monday with a massive $2.5 million donation on behalf of her foundation BeyGOOD
