The Rea Vaya bus services in Soweto have been suspended following the deadly shootings of two drivers in separate incidents.

The violent incident left two employees injured – one was shot in the leg and another was struck on the head with a chair.

The phone belonging to one of the Putco employees was stolen during the attack. It had now provided police with a major lead.
