Andrew and Tristan Tate — both accused of sex trafficking overseas — are under probe by the Manhattan US Attorney’s Office, a new civil court filing alleged Friday.

Andrew Tate, 38, and Tristan Tate, 36 are dual U.S.-British citizens. Andrew Tate is a former professional kickboxer and self-described misogynist who has amassed more than 10 million followers on X.

Prosecutors in the United Kingdom have confirmed that they previously authorized charges including rape and human trafficking against self-proclaimed misogynist Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan.
