5 arrested in connection to abduction of Rock Island 4-year-old girl
ROCK ISLAND, Ill. (KWQC) - Rock Island Police Department said five people have been arrested in connection to the search for a missing girl. Jaron Bailey-Harris, 18, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and possession of a stolen vehicle.
The 4-year-old was in a running vehicle that was stolen from the 1300 block of 14th 1/2 Street around 6 a.m. Thursday.
