Another councillor elected in May with Reform UK next to their name on the ballot paper is no longer a Reform UK councillor: Wayne Titley.

Cllr Dylan Tippetts (Compton, Plymouth City Council), has joined the Liberal Democrats after previously leaving the Labour Party.
